Jefferson Bark - Sit, Stay, Go!
Jefferson Bark is a family-owned pet sitting service based in Jefferson Park, Illinois, known for its warm, personalized care for clients’ beloved "fur babies." As part of a full rebranding effort, the company wanted to reflect its friendly, neighborhood roots and deep love for animals—particularly by spotlighting its unofficial mascot, a playful Great Dane named *Bella*, who’s famously known for chasing butterflies in the park.
The rebrand included a new logo design featuring a stylized illustration of Bella mid-chase, capturing the heart and personality of the business. This visual identity set the tone for a charming and trustworthy brand presence across all platforms
The integrated campaign rolled out across multiple channels and touch-points, including a custom-designed eCommerce website that allows customers to easily book pet sitting services and purchase branded pet care items. A landing page was also created for seasonal promotions and new client onboarding, optimized for lead conversion and search visibility.
A series of branded emails were developed to keep current clients engaged with service reminders, pet care tips, and exclusive discounts. These emails reflected the playful, caring tone of the brand and aligned seamlessly with the updated visuals.
